At Roman Sanctuary, we take pride in the quality of our home décor products and strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item you received is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

  • You must provide clear photos showing the damage or issue

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out to us through our official contact channels. Include your order details, description of the issue, and relevant photos. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

3. Return Approval

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

As we operate Cash on Delivery only, refunds will be issued via another agreed-upon method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we confirm the return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Items returned without prior communication and approval

  • Any item reported beyond the 48-hour return window

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
